Nature of Roadi Tokens: The Roadi tokens are designed to be Utility Tokens for utility and educational purposes only. These tokens are NOT designed, intended, or sold as investments, securities, commodities, or any other form of financial instrument.

No Treasury Funds: The Roadi protocol does not maintain a treasury wallet for the protocol's future use or development. The funds allocated to the founders are their personal assets, and they have the right to sell, transfer, or use them at their discretion.

No Fundraising: The Roadi protocol has not solicited, accepted, or raised any money from investors or the public. The tokens were distributed through a decentralized exchange (DEX) trading pair funded solely by the founders, following which the LP tokens were irreversibly burned to prevent retrieval of funds.

Purpose of the Protocol: Roadi was conceived and developed by its founders to highlight innovative methods in the blockchain realm. The system is wholly developed and functions autonomously to the best of its design. There are no pending development tasks or features for the initial phase of the project.

No Promise of Future Development: The sale or use of the founders' tokens does not in any way imply a commitment or promise to further develop or expand the Roadi protocol. While the founding team may, at their discretion, decide to introduce or implement additional features or parts to Roadi, they are under no obligation to do so.

Potential Future Updates: If the founding team deems the Roadi protocol successful and well-received within the blockchain community, they may decide to undertake further enhancements or extensions to the protocol, but this remains entirely at their discretion and is not a commitment or obligation.

Neutral Communication Stance: No individual, whether a founder, employee, or anyone in any official role within Roadi, will endorse, advocate, or communicate about the Roadi token as an investment or insinuate any prospective value generation through its possession or retention.
